Lotus Flow

Our signature class incorporates a blend of breathwork, asana, flow sequence, yin and restorative poses. Each class will offer a unique experience by bringing in each of these elements to deepen your yoga practice.

Candlelight Slow Flow

The ultimate zen experience, yoga by candlelight. Unwind, stretch, ease tension and restore with this gentle flow. Mindfully move deeper into one's body and self in a calm, serene environment, dimly lit by candles.

Rest and Restore

Specific asanas are held for several minutes and deeply supported by props – blankets, bolsters, and blocks. This practice will focus on releasing stress from the body and calming the mind, creating an opportunity for a deeper mind/body connection. Students leave feeling nourished and refreshed. 

Peaceful Yin

Yin yoga works deeply into our body. It targets our deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues — ligaments, joints, bones, and the deep fascia networks of the body — rather than the muscles. Poses are held in stillness for longer periods of time, releasing and unwinding the connective tissues of the body

Chakra Balancing

Awaken your subtle energy body with an all level class that supports the chakras and creates alignment. Each class focuses on opening and clearing one of the seven energy centers. Includes a deep healing chakra balancing meditation.

Dosha Hatha

This class focuses on Ayurvedic practices to help keep our bodies and minds in balance as we transition through the rhythms of the seasons. A combination of standing, light flows and floor asanas with Dosha (earth elements defining our make up) focus and Pranayama (controlled breathing techniques). Keep your energies balanced and feel your best during the change of seasons and throughout the year. 

Gentle Flow

Gentle Flow is a series of gentle movements with a deeper aspect of stretching to connect your breath to your body. Improving relaxation, flexibility, strength, and overall health.

Chi Flow

Integrating Eden Energy Medicine techniques into your yoga deepens your practice and creates healthy flow in your body and energy field. A practice for all levels, EM Yoga focuses on clearing stuck or stagnant energy that can build up in the body and energy meridians. Mindfully move through asana and balance your energy, all in one class. 

Mindful Meditation

Mindful Meditation centers on releasing internal resistance in order to open oneself to receiving. By incorporating gentle movements into the practice, this class allow you to connect with your body and target physical body parts and chakra centers holding tension.
